Prophylactic skin care is crucial for all women, especially for those of us in the 35+ age group.  Living in the hot, sun-baked and smog/pollution filled Middle East does little to improve the condition of our delicate complexions.  Still, many women eschew beauty-enhancing cosmetics because they simply do not know what works and how to use the plethora of products that are touted from every print advertisement, TV promo and mailbox flyer. 

Forget about Botox and hormone-enhanced wrinkle creams.  Allow me to teach you how to look great both simply and inexpensively.   It is not an act of vanity to appreciate the role of that nature plays in determining our appearance.  The 90 minute monthly seminar is suitable for mothers, sisters, daughters, girlfriends; a defacto celebration of femininity and 'Babefest-with-Bite.'  Jerusalem Bride seminars promise a healthy dose of inspiration coupled with laughter, useful information, practical tips and a fresh awareness that taking care of ourselves is not a luxury but, rather, an obligation. 

Included in the topics addressed each month are: simple cosmetic routines, healthy nutrition tips, skin care, actual makeovers, hair/wig care, and exercise.  All meetings feature different guest speakers (in addition to Andrea) and the jam-packed evening offers plenty of opportunity to unwind, make new friends, and enjoy hot/cold drinks and deliciously healthy desserts and snacks from the complimentary buffet.
